Cut Ahi in to 3-4oz. chunks.
1. Marinade chunks for one hour.
 1 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
 1/4 cup Sesame Oil
2. Crust - Coat chunks with Crust mixture
  3 cups Japanese Breadcrumbs
  1 cup sesame seeds
  1/2 cup Black Pepper
3. Snow Pea and Red Onion Sauce
2 cups Snow Peas - julienned
  1 Red Onion - julienned
  1 Tbsp. sesame Oil
  1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  1/4 cup Olive Oil
  1/4 cup Sugar
  Dash of Pepper Flakes
  Salt to taste
  1 tsp. garlic - minced
  1 tsp. ginger - minced
Once the Ahi is covered with Crust mixture, heat Olive Oil in a frying pan. When the Oil is hot, put the crusted chunks in and sear both sides for about 30 to 45 seconds. Serve the Ahi with the Snow Pea and Red Onion Sauce over the top. My mouth is watering just thinking about making this. It is one of my favorite fish dishes!
