Harvest is in the air and it’s a perfect time to spend a fall weekend enjoying the wines of the Santa Ynez Valley. Taste premium wines and sample tasty appetizers at 14 Santa Ynez Valley wineries on Saturday, November 6 – don’t miss this popular, fun filled day!!
The Santa Ynez Valley Wine Country Association presents "Autumn on the Trail" - a wine tasting passport event on Saturday, November 6 from 11 am to 4 pm. Hosted by 14 award winning Santa Ynez Valley wineries this event is perfectly timed to sample the fine wines of the Santa Ynez region while taking in the fall beauty of the area. Passport guests will have the opportunity to sample premium Santa Ynez Valley wines, and enjoy complimentary appetizers throughout the day.
Passports are $45 per person, which includes tasting at all 14 wineries, appetizers and a Wine Country logo glass. Each of the participating wineries will also honor free wine tasting on Sunday, November 7 when logo glass is presented. This added wine tasting opportunity provides a full weekend of wine tasting for passport holders at an excellent value. The passport is an economical way for wine lovers to try a wide variety of wines and to acquaint themselves with the Valley’s award winning wineries.
Passports will be sold through the SYV Wine Country office until NOON on Friday, November 5. Passports will be available for purchase on the day of the event at the following wine tasting locations: Alexander & Wayne in Los Olivos, Lucas & Lewellen in Solvang, Imagine Wine in Santa Ynez and Casa Cassara in Buellton.
